Wholesale Fizzy Elastic Bandana-Headband - We've created bright elastic headbands from our fizzy sarongs. This headband has a pleated fabric band that expands up to 10 inches wide, with a flat, 1" wide elastic band that stretches up to 4 inches. The fizzy fabric is made using a single color tie-dye process which includes soda ash in the dye to create a "bubbly" design in the fabric.
